We are proud to announce Waunakee Manor has been selected as one of the top nursing homes for short-term rehabilitation in 2019-2020 by the U.S. News and World Report. We have been caring for the people of Dane County since 1974. Waunakee Manor is convenient to nearby Madison, and is just 12 miles north of the city. Whether you require assisted living or desire private, independent living apartments, we have options to fit your needs with great amenities for true comfort and support. At Waunakee Manor, we offer a Continuum of Care – from skilled nursing to independent living options. In addition, our Rehabilitation Department provides intensive Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. Outpatient therapy is also an option once inpatient goals are achieved. This Continuum of Care allows each resident to achieve their highest level of ability.
